BOOTH PREFERENCES
Please select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd preferences for booth sizes. This is purely for information gathering purposes to help us decide if we alter the floor plan. Booth selection, for accepted vendors, is done via our online vendor portal on a set date and time.
TERMS + CONDITIONS
January 18th @ midnight - Applications close
February 2nd (week of) - Notifications sent
February 12th- booth size selection + payment opens in our private vendor portal
February 19th - booth payments + contracts due
February 26th @ 5pm CST - cancel and receive refund less $50 admin fee.
March 5th @ 5pm CST - cancel and receive refund less $75. Any cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.
After clicking SUBMIT your application will process and upload to our database. This could take anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Once complete you will be automatically directed to the confirmation page. Do not refresh before getting to the confirmation page as it will reset your application.
Troubleshooting: If you are having issues submitting your form, please consider submitting through a Chrome browser or by mobile. If your form does not submit and it brings you back up to some of the fields, it's most likely your web links that are broken. Please edit them to ensure they work correctly.
IF YOU DO NOT PROCEED TO THE CONFIRMATION PAGE (within 10 minutes of submitting) YOUR APPLICATION WAS NOT RECEIVED.
