All accepted vendors have a contractual social media requirement to assist in the promotion of the market. Please check off your preference below.

I will complete the social media requirements as per the contract, adhering to the outlined deadlines provided in the contract.

I would prefer to pay a $25 fee to skip posting requirements. This fee would be added into the already established marketing budget for sponsored ads, google ads, radio, print, etc.

Product Listing (please list ALL product you will be selling) If accepted, this information will be publicized on your market webpage on our site.

Short Blurb written in third person for your social media listing (limit of 80 characters) Example: "Curators of candlelight elegance. Elevate your atmosphere with these candle creations." If accepted, this information will be publicized on your market webpage on our site.

Manufactured/Outsourced Product (please list all product that is manufactured + where it is sourced from, also anything that is not designed/made by you). If you leave this blank, your application will be automatically disqualified.

If any of your products are manufactured overseas please note that we will be progressing to having vendors provide Social Compliance Certificae from your manufacturer/facility. If this is something you currently have, please upload it. If not, know that we are moving in that direction in 2025, making it a requirement for future markets.

FOOD + DRINK VENDORS

If you are a Food+Drink vendor, provide your commercial kitchen/facility address. Please make sure this is the correct address as MB Health Inspectors will do checks and expect that all information is up to date.

If you are a Food + Drink or Service vendor, do you intend to sample?

I understand if I intend to sample and sell Food+Drink, it is my responsibility to be properly licensed and follow appropriate guidelines set out by MB Health and Health Inspectors and get all paperwork in on time to MB Health Inspectors. Third+Bird is not liable or responsible to apply on my behalf or send reminders about getting applications into the Health Inspector.

I understand that chairs/tables are not provided and I am responsible for my full booth set-up including a back wall/coverage

I understand that the booth selecion process is a first come first served process and there is possibility that my ideal choice will not be available.

I agree to doing a minimum of 2 social media posts (feed or stories) to promote the market and will tag @thirdandbird

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the application timeline and payment + contract due dates below.

May 20th @ midnight - Applications close

June 17th (week of) - Notifications sent

June 24 - YXE booth size selection opens up
June 30 - YXE booth payment + contract due
July 7 @ 5pm CDT - YXE cancel and receive refund less $50 admin fee

July 8 - YWG booth size selection opens up
July 14 @ 5pm CDT - YXE cancel and receive refund less $75 admin fee. Any YXE cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.

July 15 - YWG booth payment + contract due

July 22 @ 5pm CDT - YWG cancel and receive refund less $50 admin fee

July 29 @ 5pm CDT - YWG cancel and receive refund less $75 admin fee. Any YWG cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.

Your Signature

After clicking SUBMIT your application will process and upload to our database. This could take anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Once complete you will be automatically directed to the confirmation page. Do not refresh before getting to the confirmation page as it will reset your application.
