TERMS + CONDITIONS

May 20th @ midnight - Applications close

June 17th (week of) - Notifications sent

June 24 - YXE booth size selection opens up
June 30 - YXE booth payment + contract due
July 7 @ 5pm CDT - YXE cancel and receive refund less $50 admin fee

July 8 - YWG booth size selection opens up
July 14 @ 5pm CDT - YXE cancel and receive refund less $75 admin fee. Any YXE cancellations after this time will not receive a refund. 

July 15 - YWG booth payment + contract due

July 22 @ 5pm CDT - YWG cancel and receive refund less $50 admin fee

July 29 @ 5pm CDT - YWG cancel and receive refund less $75 admin fee. Any YWG cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.

After clicking SUBMIT your application will process and upload to our database. This could take anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Once complete you will be automatically directed to the confirmation page. Do not refresh before getting to the confirmation page as it will reset your application.
