Hello Shoppers - We can't wait to see you!
We have a few important reminders.
- If you do not receive a copy of your ticket immediately after purchasing please check your junk mail and if you don’t have it search 'wixevents'. If you can't find it, email us immediately at hello@thirdandbird.com so we can resend it to you! When this happens it’s often because your email was incorrectly typed in when purchasing tickets. Please do not wait for the day of the market as our response times to emails can be up to 24 hours.
- We will not be issuing stickers for each timeblock. You are encouraged to shop within your allotted time.
- Strollers are not permitted, please plan accordingly. For more information please read our stroller policy on our FAQ page. * Exceptions can be made upon review.
- Kids attending General Admission will require a ticket. There are a limited number of free tickets available. If they are sold out, a paid ticket will be required. If your toddler or baby will be carried on your person then they do not require a ticket.
- There are no returns/refunds on tickets. If you can no longer attend please consider gifting or selling your ticket to a friend or loved one. Exception: If the market is cancelled, refunds will be issued.
