Wallaby Cafe is a Winnipeg-based mobile coffee company serving specialty espresso drinks from our vintage-style trailer and espresso carts at markets, community events, and gatherings across Manitoba. Inspired by Australian café culture and built around connection, we focus on creating a warm, welcoming experience through quality coffee and friendly service.
