Shrugging Doctor Beverage Company is Manitoba’s First Wine Vineyard growing grapes in the Southern Pembina Valley. They operate a Winery in Winnipeg where they crush the grapes and bottle their own wine. Shrugging Doctor also maintains a 100-seat Restaurant and Wine Bar located in Winnipeg’s Sunny St. James neighbourhood at 483 Berry Street where they serve up wine flights, wine cocktails, and home-made food made from local ingredients. On top of their innovative grape wines, Shrugging Doctor also produces a selection of fruit wines from local prairie fruits, sangria, apple cider, mead from local honey, and wine coolers.
