High Tea Bakery is a beloved Winnipeg institution, specializing in intricately decorated sugar cookies and Winnipeg’s favourite imperial cookie. Founded in 2003 by the mother-daughter team of Carol & Belinda Bigold, the bakery has served everyone from Elton John and Bon Jovi, to Ed Sheeran and the queen of England. Despite their famous clients, however, it is High Tea’s dedication to equality and diversity that has made it a staple in the community.
