From the first cake I made with my Easy Bake Oven when I was six years old, I knew that baking was going to be a large part of my life. Aside from being raised in a German household where baked goods were always a large part of our family dynamics. So, it was only natural that I carry on the baking traditions passed down from my Grandfather (who was a professional baker), my Grandmothers and my Mom.
I bake and decorate traditional German tortes, cakes, and cookies, the baking everyone’s Oma used to make for all her loved ones. I am humbled to be able to bake a variety of items that reminds people of all the good times from their childhood.
There is something for everyone. Those who love the absolute sweet, those who like semi-sweet, and those who require to be gluten free. Everything I bake is German engineered home made, using only hand picked quality ingredients, and cannot be found in any of the common bakeries around town.

I’m still in the testing process of other cookies and cakes, and should I be chosen to be a part of Third + Bird’s Spring Market, I will definitely keep you updated on any additional items.
Everything is made by me. Other than the flour, sugar, butter and eggs, which are purchased from grocery stores.
