Theresa’s Sourdough Noodles
We are driven by simplicity and a connection to the foods that we eat. We value quality local ingredients and knowing where they come from. The passion for wholesome foods and having family members with gluten sensitivities spurred on the idea of creating sourdough noodles. Hand-made in small batches and fermented with a sourdough starter gives this pasta a unique taste while being easier to digest. Flavours are inspired by our own garden. Available in Original, Beet, Potato leek, Carrot Dill, Tomato Garlic Jalapeño and Curry Squash.

Packaging is purchased from a box company that was originally from Selkirk MB but have relocated to the USA.
All ingredients to make the noodles are bought locally.
