We have a few important reminders.
General Admission shoppers will continue to enjoy a reduced capacity shopping experience. Our Christmas market always sells out. If you are wanting to attend the Christmas 2022 market we suggest you buy your tickets quickly before they are sold out!
- Markets are classified as retail and follow the same mandates as malls. We follow all the rules and protocols for retail set out by the Province. You will be shopping in an indoor 39,000 sq ft space. Please do not attend or purchase tickets if you are not comfortable shopping with crowds. You will be passing shoppers in aisles and you may need to wait your turn to shop a booth. This is a retail experience and that comes with larger volumes of people.
- Your experience will be similar to shopping at the Mall or Costco during holiday times. All retail is open at full capacity. Please note we are choosing to operate at a significantly reduced capacity but you will experience brief close contact with shoppers and fuller aisles. If this is not comfortable for you please do not purchase a ticket.
- If you do not receive a copy of your ticket immediately after purchasing please check your junk mail and if you don’t have it email us immediately at hello@thirdandbird.com so we can resend it to you! When this happens it’s often because your email was incorrectly typed in when purchasing tickets. Please do not wait for the day of the market as our response times to emails can be up to 24 hours.
- Strollers are not permitted, please plan accordingly. For more information please read our stroller policy on our FAQ page. * Exceptions can be made upon review.
- Kids attending General Admission will require a ticket. There are a limited number of free tickets available. If they are sold out, a paid ticket will be required. If your toddler or baby will be carried on your person then they do not require a ticket.
- There are no returns/refunds on tickets. If you can no longer attend please consider gifting or selling your ticket to a friend or loved one. Exception: If the market is cancelled, refunds will be issued.
