If any of your products are manufactured overseas, please note that we will be progressing to having vendors provide Social Compliance Certificae from your manufacturer/facility. If this is something you currently have, please upload it. If not, know that we are moving in that direction in 2025, making it a requirement for future markets.

If you are a Food+Drink or Service vendor, provide your commercial kitchen/facility address. Please make sure this is the correct address as MB Health Inspectors will do checks and expect that all information is up to date.

I understand if I intend to sample and sell Food+Drink, it is my responsibility to be properly licensed and follow appropriate guidelines set out by MB Health and Health Inspectors and get all paperwork in on time to MB Health Inspectors. Third+Bird is not liable or responsible to apply on my behalf or send reminders about getting applications into the Health Inspector.

I understand that chairs/tables are not provided and I am responsible for my full booth set-up including a back wall

I understand that the booth selecion process is a first come first served process and there is possibility that my ideal choice will not be available.

I agree to doing a minimum of 2 social media posts (feed or stories) to promote the market and will tag @thirdandbird

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the application timeline and payment + contract due dates.

Jan 21 @ midnight - Applications close

Feb 9 - Notifications sent

Feb 15 - Booth size selection opens up
Feb 21 - Booth payment + contract due
Feb 28 @ 5pm CDT - Cancel and receive refund less $50 admin fee.
March 6 @ 5pm CDT - Cancel and receive refund less $75 admin fee. Any cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.
