Ferment For You

Ferment For You began many years ago when my Baba taught me how to make sauerkraut. Our family garden was the basis for planting, growing and most importantly, preserving vegetables. Along with my love for food and my passion for health, I discovered the significance of fermented foods. The journey to offering artisanal, traditionally fermented vegetables has been very rewarding, and I look forward to sharing this with my community.
